From 2000 to 2005, truePilot made over a dozen early-stage investments focused on high-tech infrastructure companies in Research Triangle Park, NC.  Investment amounts were as high as $800,000 in individual companies.

In addition to funding, the truePilot team provided strategic advice and hands-on consulting while leveraging a network of contacts throughout the RTP entrepreneurial community and the national venture capital community.

By early 2005, truePilot’s fund had been successfully deployed achieving numerous exits via acquisition. Additional exits are expected as portfolio companies continue to mature and grow.  As a result of the fund being fully deployed, truePilot is no longer making any new investments.
